Note: Your account will become active through an email confirmation link sent to you post-registration. Please use this email link to activate your account.

Setting Up Your Profile

REGISTER

Step 1 is to register for Cycliad. By going through the registration process, an account with a  FUNdraising page is automatically set up for you! 

NOTE: Your account and login is based off of your email address used to register.

CHECK YOUR EMAIL

Step 2 is to check your email after registering, find the "First Steps to  Fundraising" email, and the click the red "Claim your Fundraising  Page" button.

CAN'T FIND THE EMAIL?

To get to your FUNdraising page you need to access your account by  logging in. You can still do this without the email. Just go to the registration page and click LOGIN in the top right corner.

LOGIN TO ACCESS YOUR ACCCOUNT

Step 3 is to access your already created account by creating a password (or 

attempting to remember last year's password).  

 

Having trouble? Click "Forgot Password". This will work for all users because  the computer will recognize the email you used to register.

MANAGE YOUR PROFILE

Step 4 is to begin making your profile your own! Click "Manage" in the top right corner to change your picture, update your goal, and edit your story of why you ride. Your donors want to give to you so they will love seeing your picture and knowing your "WHY" when they make a donation!

Trouble Shooting

How do I activate my account?

Check your email after registering and click "Claim My Fundraising Page". Your account will be based on the email address you used to register. If you are new or used a different email address than in the past, you will need to create a new password. If you are a returning participant and your email has stayed the same, you can go ahead and login using your past login credentials. If you deleted the email, you can still get in! First, go to the registration page. Then, click "Login" in the upper right corner and click "Forgot Password". When you registered, a funder page and account was created for you and now you just need to access it. Click “Forgot Password”, enter the email address you used to register, and then check your email to complete the process. Your FUNder page is connected to your email address and this will unlock it for you.



I can't find my account

First, check your email for the "Claim your Fundraising Page" email. This is the most direct link to your FUNder account. Second, check that you are logging in with the email you used to register. If this email is different from one you have used in the past, check to ensure that your computer is not auto-filling your old information. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at [email protected]



When I login to my account, my registration disappears

Don't panic! Odds are that you have accidentally logged into last year's account. Your account is based on the email address you used when registering. If this is a different email than you used in previous years, you will set up a new account. However, your computer may automatically try to fill in your past login information. If this happens your registration may "disappear". It is still there! Just log out of your old account and then login using the email address associated with this year's registration.



How do I edit my FUNder profile page?

First, login to your account! Second, click "Manage" in the upper right corner. From here you can update your profile picture, edit your goal, and ask supporters for donations! For more resources on fundraising, please see the "Fundraising" page on our website.



I accidentally created multiple accounts, how do I delete one?

If you have registered twice (or more!), start by clicking "My Settings", a drop-down menu item under the person icon in the top right corner. Then click "Edit" in the Contact Information box. Scroll down to the bottom of the Contact Information box and click "Delete My Account". Do this as many times as needed to clean up your accounts and registrations! I'm logged in but don't think I'm in the right place...

If you have clicked "My Profile" underneath the person icon in the top right corner, you have made it to your general Classy profile. Classy is our backend software and on this profile you will see all Classy-powered fundraisers or events that you have particiapted in. Navigate back to the main Magic City Cycliad campaign registration page (start by pressing the back button) and then click "Manage" in the top right corner. This will take you to your Magic City Cycliad FUNder profile where you can edit your picture, change your goal, and ask supporters for donations!
